Major Issues In Windows 11 & Apple Faces Legal Trouble

Tech Turmoil Windows 11 Glitches & Apple’s Legal Struggle

The ever-evolving landscape of consumer technology has seen some major controversies over the past few days.

Windows issues

According to Microsoft, its recent update, released at the end of September, is causing trouble for Windows 11 users. Reports suggest the latest update is causing systems to restart out of the blue. Sometimes, devices even become unresponsive and feature a dreaded blue or green screen.

Users facing this problem can uninstall the latest update from the Update & Security menu of device settings. It is also recommended that people check out for yellow warnings from the device manager. If some warnings appear, they can uninstall those drivers. Even after all the steps, people can opt for a system restore from the control panel if the issues persist.

Apple’s Legal Trouble

Recently, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) filed a complaint against Silicon Valley’s Apple Inc. The NLRB  alleges Apple for compelling its employees to sign illegal confidentiality, non-compete, and non-disclosure agreements. Apple also removed the unofficial app Juno from its app store after a warning from Google. This move highlights the growing tension in Apple’s ecosystem for third-party integration and content management.

Tech AI Showdown

In the field of artificial intelligence, California Governor Gavin Newsom turned down the bill that intended to regulate AI. This decision greatly impacts the industry, which struggles to balance technological advancements alongside user protection. Understanding the situation, the American multinational tech company Nvidia has claimed insane demand for its next-gen Blackwell GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) platform.

The news shows that technology continues to advance at a breakneck speed. However, software glitches and legal disputes are integral obstacles for organisations and consumers alike. So, at this time, staying informed about all events becomes a necessity.
