Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G Edition has been broadcasted at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Shanghai. Some of the major manufacturers like Oppo, LG, Huawei, Samsung, Vivo, One Plus, and Xiaomi play a major role in launching a 5G-enabled Smartphone. The company becomes partner with Unicom on the 5G network solution. The new Smartphone comes as a variant or the updated version of Lenovo Z6 Pro. It consists of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X50 modem to help the next generation wireless network.

Some of the specifications of this new Smartphone are as follows;

This Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G Edition has a display of Full-HD + AMOLED.

It consists of Snapdragon 855 SoC.

Its battery quality is 4000mAh.

Due to all these, it is introduced to be the “World’s first 5G laptop”.

The new edition of Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 855 SoC along with Snapdragon X50 5G modem. And the latest modem supports the 5G network alongside supporting existing 4G LTE and also the previous generation networks. Lenovo has also offered a new back panel on the Z6 Pro 5G Edition which appears to have a transparent design. There must be a sticker on the top of the back panel to mimic the internals. It is just similar to the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition.

Apart from this, the specifications and the designs of the Z6 Pro 5G Edition are very similar to that of the Lenovo Z6 Pro. It was launched back in April. And now the Lenovo 5G mobile phone features a 6.39-inch full-HD + AMOLED display along with a 4,000mAh battery.

The Lenovo Z6 Pro comes with DC dimming and HDR 10 support, face unlocks functionality and in-display fingerprint sensor. This particular Smartphone is also powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC, mixed up with the Adreno 640 GPU and up to 12GB of RAM. There is also a PC-upgrade Coldfront liquid cooling system for better heat dissipation and management. 

The Lenovo Z6 Pro exhibits a quad rear camera setup which includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8lens, a 2-megapixel quaternary sensor, a 16-megapixel secondary sensor with wide-angle-lens, an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor with a telephoto lens. The camera set up is also paired to be designed with a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor and PDAF support. There is a 32-megapixel camera sensor also present at the front for selfie. When we came to the storage location, the Lenovo Z6 Pro has up to 512 GB of onboard storage. There are so many connectivity options such as Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, dual-frequency GPS, 4G VoLTE, etc.  Apart from this, there is 27W fast charging support and a reserve charging feature which works with the built-in 4,000 mAh battery. Lenovo has not announced the price and availability schedule of the Z6 Pro 5G Edition. The regular Z6 Pro retails with a starting price at 2,899 CNY (roughly 29,200 INR) for the base 128GB RAM + 6GB storage variant.

Apart from the Lenovo Z6 Pro 5G Edition, it unveiled its 5G laptop which is powered by the Snapdragon 8cx SoC. It supports 5G networks with the help of the Snapdragon X55 modem. It has a display of 14-inch. Lenovo declared that the new model released by the company is introduced as the ‘World’s first 5G laptop’. Its release date, as well as the price, has not announced yet. Lenovo showcased a prototype of a 5G laptop. Lenovo has a partnership with China Unicom to build new 5G solutions. The company has also brought a slew of 5G terminals, computers, IoT devices, including 5G mobile phones in the upcoming days. That is used to expand the 5G use cases over time in China.
