  • MS Word Document Conversion into PDF File

  • Click the Office button.

  • Move the cursor over the arrow next to the Save As button and select PDF or XPS.

  • Enter a name for the PDF in the File Name box or select one from the list of files.

  • Select PDF in the Save as type drop down list.

  • Click Open file after publishing to open the new PDF after it has been created and saved. This option is only available if your computer has an installed PDF reader.

  • Choose a Standard (publishing online and printing) or Minimum size (publishing online) under Optimize for, depending on whether or not you want better print quality or lower file size, respectively.

  • Check Options and set the appropriate print options.

  • Click OK.

  • Click Publish to start the PDF creation process.

How to Create PDF Using Adobe Acrobats

  • Open Acrobat and choose “Tools” > “Create PDF”.

  • Select the file type you want to create a PDF from: single file, multiple files, scan, or other option.

  • Click “Create” or “Next” depending on the file type.

  • Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.

How to Create PDF Using CamScanner

  • Tap on 'Use Now' on the Bottom-Right corner of the app.

  • Tap ALLOW to 'Allow CamScanner to access photos, media, and files on your device?'

  • Touch the Camera Scan Icon on Bottom-Right corner

  • Select "ALLOW" to 'Allow CamScanner to take pictures and record video?'

  • Check Bottom Right ->> Single Page Mode is automatically selected.

  • Tap on the Camera Button to take a CamScan.

  • TOUCH the CHECK-MARK on the Bottom-Right to apply adjustments automatically.

  • Click on the TOP-LEFT "New Doc" to rename the file.

It would be tough to edit a PDF file on a Mac, but thanks to Apple’s Preview feature — a free program that enables users to view or edit a PDF and other types of files. This feature allows you to highlight text, add a signature, or text and comments. Here’s how to  do it;

  • Open your PDF file.

  • Select all the existing text and copy it to your clipboard.

  • If you want to extract an image from this PDF, hold down Command + Shift + 4.

  • Click and move your cursor to fit the frame of the image you'd like to extract, then release the mouse.

  • Make sure these images have been saved to your desktop.

  • Double-click on your Mac's Pages app and paste the text from your clipboard into a blank document.

  • Edit this text, ensure some open space to reinsert any missing images.

  • Drag any extracted images that are saved to your desktop into your Pages document.

  • Drag and place your images and text as needed.

  • Save your edited file as a PDF.

How to Modify PDF Files on EasePDF
