Samsung Launches “World’s first QLED 8K TV” In India

Samsung is going to launch “World’s first QLED 8K TV” in the country i.e. known as the Samsung QLED 8K TV. It is targeted for luxury homes. The key highlights of this particular TV are the 8K resolution, 8K AI Upscaling, Quantum Processor 8K, and Quantum HDR of the TV only. They have made a team that used to work together to give a stunning 8K experience. This QLED 8K TV has its 4 sizes available i.e. 75-inch (189cm), 65-inch (163cm), 82-inch (207cm), and 98-inch (247cm). This will be coming with 33millions pixels. It will have the four times resolution of 4K UHD TVs and also have 16times resolutions of full-HD TVs. All these features create an immersive viewing experience.

The 4 different types of Samsung QLED TVs have different prices. They are priced at 16,99,900 INR, 59,99,900 INR, and 10,99,900 INR for the 82-inch model, 98-inch model, 75-inch model respectively. And the price of the 65-inch model has been announced earlier which will be purchased in July. One of the key highlights of this new QLED TV is 8K AI Upscaling powered by the Quantum Processor 8K. It helps to know that whether a user is watching TV through a set-top-box, HDMI, or USB. This TV has an awesome feature that even if we don’t have much 8K content available, then also it can transform content to 8K resolution irrespective of their original resolution. This will help to deliver optimized sound, improved brightness, etc.      

It accesses the content with the help of Voice commands by using Bixby 2.0 and also Google Assistant. The new TV will also help in supporting Apple Airplay 2. It plays content from Apple devices directly connected to the Samsung QLED TVs. It has an amazing feature that will turn the QLED TV 8K into a piece of art at the time of hanging. It also allows the TV to blend.

Some of the new updates of Samsung’s new QLED TVs are such as, the Q80 models have a price of 2,09,900 INR (55-inch) to 6,49,900 INR (75-inch). The Q60 models are priced from 94,900 INR (43-inch) to 7,49,900 INR (82-inch). The 65-inch of TV which is the Q90 model i.e. priced at 3,99,900 INR. While the Q70 models are priced from 1,69,900 (55-inch) to 2,79,900 INR (65-inch). And all of them will be purchasable starting from June 2019. Samsung QLED 8K TV will be available for purchase from all leading Samsung’s officially online store shop, Samsung Smart Plazas, Consumer electronic Stores including online platforms.
