In the past few months, Oppo as a brand has had quite an impact on the Smartphone market. Oppo has offered customers with some of the best Smartphones like the Flagship killer Oppo R15.

Camera performance of the oppo K1

 


The oppo K1 is sporting a dual rear camera setup, with a primary 16MP camera (f/1.8 aperture) along with a secondary  2MP lens (f/2.4 aperture). The rear camera of the phone is of the Oppo K1 is similar to the Oppo R15 i.e, offering reach details in pictures, especially low-light shots.
 
Front facing camera is 25MP (f/2.0) which turns out to be a decent performer in low lighting conditions.
 
The camera is the big strength of the Oppo device in case of the rear and front-facing camera both including AI abilities to enhance the colors and contrast.
 
                   

Display, design & Quality of the Oppo K1


Oppo K1 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, resolution of 1080 by 2340 pixels and great viewing angles indoors/outdoors. On a quick glance, the Oppo K1 resembles the similar design seen on the Oppo R15, Oppo F9 Pro and Oppo A7, all featuring the water drop notch on the display and the amazing in-display fingerprint. Oppo K1 also comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection which protects the device from minor falls. 
The phone has a slim design with a glossy back, of course attracting a bunch of fingerprint marks. Coming to the bottom, we have the 3.5mm jack and the single speaker grill which sounds pretty decent.

Oppo along with Xiaomi and several other Chinese manufacturers have been dominating the Smartphone market by offering customers the best price to the performance value. Here, the Oppo K1 is featuring a Snapdragon 660 processor Octa-core processor (4*2.0 GHz Kryo 260 & 4*1.8 GHz Kryo 260) which along with the 4GB RAM offers smooth multi-tasking. Fueling the whole device is a 3600 mAh battery which, isn’t as huge as Redmi Note 7 Pro’s battery but, manages to get you through a single day of average use.
 
Oppo K1 has been priced INR 16990 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage model. There also is an upcoming 6GB RAM variant of the Oppo K1 which has already been announced in China and is expected to globally anytime soon.

Drawbacks of Oppo K1

In Oppo, K1 users are still deprived of USB type C cable which was expected. Unfortunately, the Oppo K1 still runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with colors 5.2 as a custom UI.
