On the contrary, Apple is considered as a committed company who keeps user’s data away from prying eyes (even from its own). Still, Apple keeps lots of data like FaceTime call metadata, billing address and many more. If you are concerned about what type of data Apple has on you, you can find out a copy of the same. To do the same, you need to follow below mentioned steps.

Steps to get a copy of that data which Apple has on you

1. First, you need to go to ‘Apple’s privacy portal’.

2. Now you need to log in to ‘privacy.apple.com’ with your Apple ID and password. Now you need to enter two-factor authentication code if you have set-up it.

3. In the next step, you need to tap on ‘Obtain a copy of your data’. Now you need to select that particular data which you would like to download. You can also tap on the ‘Select all’ option. You can also split the download file into smaller portions.

4. In this step, Apple will verify that you’re a real account holder or not. Apple may ask you several questions to fetch the real data. If the data is ready to download, you will get notified that data is available to download.

5. Now you have full-fledged 2 weeks to download the zip file.

6. If the option of ‘obtain your data’ is not available, so it will take some time to roll out to all customers.
