Connect your iPhone or Ipad to a PC or Mac and open iTunes in it.

Wait for the device’s icon to show up on iTunes. It will appear below the Play/Pause button. Once it shows up then you can click it.

You may be asked to enter the passcode when you click on it and make sure you trust the computer before you enter your passcode.

A blue ‘Restore iPhone’ option will appear on iTunes on your Computer.

Click on the ‘Restore’ button appeared after resetting your IOS device to factory settings.
