Book Any Ola And Uber Cab

People always book their Uber and Ola cab through mobile applications. What if you have some urgency and don’t have any mobile to book the cab? No need to worry, because booking a cab through a computer is far better and easy than any mobile phones. You just need to use a web browser on your computer. Ola gives support to desktop bookings officially. Conversely, for Uber you need to follow one simple trick. We will provide you with some useful tricks to use Uber from PC.

Steps to book Uber from mobile website

If you book an Uber cab from your personal computer, it doesn’t mean it will be a hassle. Rather, it is the easiest way you have ever experienced. But here you need to perform one extra step because the website of Uber doesn’t allow you to book a cab from the desktop. In such a situation you need to use the mobile website. Here are some guidelines to book an Uber cab.

1. First, you need to open a web browser on your PC and go to ‘m.uber.com’.

2. Now you need to enter your mobile number and password.

3. After entering your details, you will get an OTP on your phone. You need to enter this OTP number to go to the booking page. Entering OTP is a one-time affair only. Now you don’t need to enter any OTP number to book a cab.

4. After getting signed in you need to on your location to use location services. Now you have been redirected to the booking screen.

5. In the next step, you need to enter your pickup and drop location.

6. Now you are able to see the map below, in addition to that, you can see various cab options, time to pick up and the fare estimates.

7. You can also choose the payment method also.

8. After selecting a payment method you will get a request button.

9. Tap on the request button and Uber will book your cab.

Window’s Uber app

If you are using Windows PC, you can book Uber cab even more easily than the aforementioned steps. Uber has provided its official app to the Windows PC which works well on Windows 10 devices. To book a cab Uber app uses your location. Using app is kind of the same as mentioned above; however, it might be very easy and quick to use the browser-based version. If you have Windows 8 tablet or laptop and want to use the app, you need to download Uber from the Microsoft Store for free. Ola has a Windows 10 application though it only works with Windows 10 Mobile.

Uber app for Mac users

Although Uber has not an official app for Mac users, still ‘Fastlane’ is another app which can be used to book an Uber from Apple PC. This Fastlane app is free and gets placed in your computer’s menu bar. It is very simple to use this app. What you need to do is just type your pickup and drop locations and click on the request button. It is surely a very swift and efficient app; still, it won’t give you that supreme experience what Uber app gives. You can download this third-party app Fastlane free of cost from its website.
