Halliday Unveiled Revolutionary Spectacles At CES 2025

Halliday introduced the world’s first proactive AI smart glasses at CES 2025. The company says shipping for the product will start in Q1 2025, and the pricing will be between $399 (Rs 34,245) and $499 (Rs 42,828).
These glasses feature DigiWindow, an invisible, lens-free near-eye display that projects info into the vision field of users without obstructing their view. Users can control the DigiWindow via voice commands, frame interface controls, and a special ring featuring a built-in trackpad.
AI-powered eyewear pioneering company Halliday claims that the DigiWindow is the world’s smallest and lightest near-eye display. It can display information even if wearers don’t have perfect eyesight. The DigiWindow is located in the right frame. Users will find a 3.5-inch screen that will remain visible in bright sunlight, the company says.
These glasses’ built-in display utilises AI assistance to answer questions without requiring prompts. For instance, during meetings, it can answer complex questions, summarise key points, and generate notes.
Halliday shared that users must first connect glasses with smartphones via Bluetooth to use them. However, it didn’t mention which AI model it uses or whether there would be some additional costs.
Some features of these glasses include real-time AI translation in up to 40 languages, live direction navigation, voice-to-text notes transcription, and the display of synchronised lyrics when listening to music. Users can also view and replay messages, create audio memos, and display notes like a teleprompter.
Halliday claims these glasses offer 8 hours of battery life and weigh 35 grams. These are available in two colours: matte black and tortoiseshell.
