Microsoft Uses AI To Update PCs To Windows

Microsoft is going to start using a machine learning based approach to update Windows PCs on the April 2018 update to the May 2019 build. First speckled by Mspoweruser, Microsoft has announced on Twitter that “We are beginning to train the machine learning based rollout process to update devices running the April 2018 Update, and earlier versions of Windows 10”. It means the window update will happen automatically for a number of users still on the April 2018 update.

Of course, the May 2019 update will install by checking for updates manually. Microsoft used to add a set of new features and change the way users get updates. And, it is possible with the help of Windows 10 May 2010 Update. By using 1903, users will be able to choose whether they want to download an update or not. Additionally, once the download begins users may have the choice to pause the update if needed.

Microsoft has also provided some fixes for Windows 10 users which are affected by an error that didn’t give them the option of choosing key privacy settings during setup and didn’t provide instructions for how to change those privacy settings. Microsoft also says that Windows 10 has been impacted by the settings bug. And, the company has released updates to address it in Windows 10 version 1803, Windows 10 1809, and Windows 10 1709.

Windows update will give the updates if it detects that the device has been impacted by the errors. Users can see a notification that provides additional information about the security and privacy settings. This company usually works to improve Windows 10 privacy settings under the security of European privacy regulators. Consumers are not satisfied with the data which was collected. The company Microsoft is promoting the customers to check their location privacy settings and also the notes. It improves the typing settings that have been updated to ensure whether your device has the most privacy-friendly setting or not.

From today onwards, Microsoft is going to begin the release of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update to PCs worldwide. It is always sensible to keep the PCs up to date.
