R-Go HE Break Mouse Review- Great for Wrist Pain

R-Go HE Break Mouse Review

There are a lot of unique mouse options that are in the market, but not all are designed with ergonomics in mind. If you are experiencing wrist pain after using your mouse for an extended period of time, it may be time to consider an ergonomic mouse.

R-Go HE Break Mouse by R-Go Solutions may not be the slickest mouse out there, but it does have the key requirements and features that makes it great for long term use.

Here are my thoughts on the R-Go He Break. See why this is a great mouse to get if you have wrist pain.

Sleek Design and Shape

Break Mouse Review

The sleek design and vertical shape of the He-Break mouse feels great to hold and provides comfort for all users, especially those who use computers frequently. Called a vertical mouse, it helps reduce RSI by preventing forearm twisting and stimulating blood flow and good circulation when you hold it.

Also, the product feels durable and made of a rubbery texture, which makes it easier to clean by just wiping it off.

Color Signals and Customizable buttons

R-Go HE Break Mouse

A major ergonomic feature with the R-Go HE mouse is the color indication system, represented with the unique R sign at the side of the mouse. This LED color system indicates whether you are working in a healthy way, by acting as a reminder for the user to rest and take a break every now and then. The three colors displayed are Green, which means 'good', Orange means 'you should take a break' and Red means 'you skipped a break or have exceeded your total daily mouse time'. This can (often unconsciously) change your behavior in a simple way over the long term.

The R-Go HE Break Mouse comes with 1 scroll wheel and 5 customizable buttons that can be adjusted easily using an application, which will save your time and increase your productivity at work.

USB Wired Connection ,Cord Length and Product Dimensions

R-Go HE Break Mouse has a USB Wired Connection. The product weight is 4.87oz with a dimension of 105*83*6 mm. The wire for the USB 2.00 version connection has a 1.6m/5.25ft length, which provides an easy movement for the user forearm without an additional strain to the hand and wrist.

Widely Compatible and easy to use

Another feature for this product that makes you want to go for it is that it’s widely compatible and easy to use with many operating systems like Windows, Mac, Linux. It has four DPI levels (500-1500-2000-3500), and mouse sensitivity can be easily adjusted.

Conclusion

If you are looking for a basic mouse, you can find one with as low as 10 US dollars/ However, if you are looking for a mouse that brings relief to your wrist, R-Go HE Break Mouse is by far your best option for best all-around mouse.  You can find it on Amazon or via the company’s website.
