Redmi Note 7 Pro Specifications, Confirmed Leaks, Price & Release Date
Recently Xiaomi announced that “Redmi” will now be acting a sub-brand of the company. After the official launch of the Redmi 7 in China, last few weeks has been full of rumors about the upcoming Redmi Note 7 Pro. While the Redmi Note series is known for being extremely budget-friendly, the highlighted feature which is the huge 48 MP Rear camera lens has surely hyped up many people
Renders and rumored photo of the Redmi Note 7 Pro revealed the water-drop notch style display. Also, we got to know that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be available in three different variants- which are the 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB models and will be available in either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage options.
Redmi Note 7 Pro Highlighted Features
If we were to compare to Xiaomi’s success with the Redmi series, the Redmi Note 5 Pro had greater success than the Redmi Note 6 Pro which was featuring only slightly better camera hardware than its predecessor. It seems Xiaomi looks to change that with the upcoming Redmi Note 7 Pro. This is going to featuring the huge 48MP camera for primary shooting and a secondary 5MP camera for depth sensing, as well as a 13 MP HDR selfie camera.
The notch style display on the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be a 6.3-inch full HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 1080 by 2340 pixels. As we will be seeing the phone in three different RAM variants, it is obvious to notice a performance difference across each of them. However, the Snapdragon 660 is an interesting update from the previously seen 636 SOC on the Redmi Note 6 Pro. Performance wise: the phone will hold up in multi-tasking. But, when it comes to performance hiccups or lags the 3GB RAM variant can be expected to have a few once in a while.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro’s Camera is AI configured making it capable for face unlock. I really love to see phone manufacturers pack their Phones with a battery as huge as 4100 mAh, more than enough to get your phone through the day.
Additional Perks of the Redmi Note 7 Pro
The Hybrid SIM slot gives you the freedom to use Dual 4G SIMs in a single device or expand your limited memory up to 128GB. Xiaomi also talked about offering Gorilla Glass protection on the Redmi Note 7 Pro but the specified version of protection is still not confirmed. For the curious gamers out there, the featuring Adreno 616 GPU on the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be enough to handle most of the graphics intense modern games like PUBG Mobile and Asphalt.
Availability and Price of the Redmi Note 7 Pro
The Redmi Note 7 is said to launch by the 31st of January 2019 and will be priced INR 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, slightly increasing its price up to INR 12,999 for the 4GB variant and lastly price the 6GB variant at approx. 14,500. (Note: the Release date and price of the device is according to different sources, the specification & final price of the device can vary slightly).
